Symptoms

AG Service Log and Fax Status service log is showing the following error:

From Log file:

From Status.XML file:

Enterprise DEFAULT : ERROR:(-2)Cannot create another system semaphore. Handle:36781502 289 fax status checked. 0 success, 0 failed or deleted, 0 pending, 289 simply failed to check. 0 deleted from fax queue.
