Details

In an effort to more tightly align Oracle's future Service Delivery Applications portfolio investments with Oracle Corporation's overall core business strategy, we have ended new feature development for Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper(OCSG), Oracle Communications Evolved Communications Applcation Server(OCECAS), Oracle Communications Converged Application Server - Service Controller(OCCAS-SC), Oracle Communications Service Broker(OCSB), Oracle Communications WebRTC Session Controller(OCWSC).

Going forward, Oracle's Service Delivery Applications investments will be focused on the continued feature development to Oracle Communications Converged Application Server(OCCAS)  software.

After Oracle Premier Support level services end, only Sustaining Support services will be provided for these products.  A description of services available under Sustaining Support can be found in the Oracle Lifetime Support Policy: Oracle Applications.

Customers that have an issue believed to be a defect in OCSG, OCECAS, OCCAS-SC, OCSB, OCWSC Software, must first upgrade to the latest maintenance versions and patch level.
