How To Run Engine Using Engine Relative Path (Doc ID 2734152.1)

Goal

Need suggestion on how to have Engine run command - relative path.

The paths are designed in the new system to be dependent on machine name, example:

\u01\production\etc  the moment we clone, new steps had to be added so we can switch and test nothing runs on production instead of secondary instances.

We need a way to avoid that  - for custom workflow
