Generate Trading Partner Keys Completing With ORA-01422 Error in 19c Database (Doc ID 2734743.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Data Collections in test instance

In 19c version of Database, when attempting to run complete refresh data collections in a recently upgraded instance, Generate trading partner keys request fails.
the following error occurs.

ERROR

[17-NOV-2020 21:52:28]: **Starts**
[17-NOV-2020 21:52:28]: **SQL error and free**
[17-NOV-2020 21:52:28]: ORACLE error 1422 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_CL_SETUP_ODS_LOAD", line 5328
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_CL_SETUP_ODS_LOAD", line 4237
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_




Changes

 Customers reporting this issue have either recently upgraded the latest versions of VCP along with 19c DB OR they just did a DB upgrade to 19c.
