Batch Print returns 'No Data Found' Error Using Over 100 Cases

When trying to batch print CIOMS I (Case Actions - Open) for a set of around 100 cases the following error is being returned:
"No data found for this report"
After this, the batch print functionality stops working even for a single selected case.
