Names with one letter difference is not getting screened in real time CS (Doc ID 2735034.1)

Symptoms

User is not getting matches in Real Time CS for few scenario with spelling differences as below : 

DERIA KUMRU - Match not generated

Steps to reproduce : 

Step 1 : login to EDQ launchpad

Step 2 : open GCS screen

Step 3 : provide the below name and check for results.

DERIA KUMRU - Match not generated (Match is getting generated only if country or any other additional details are given)

Actual behavior : 

Matches are not generate in EDQ for DERIA KUMRU

Expected behavior : 

Matches must be generated for DERIA KUMRU in customer screening in EDQ.
