Unable to Import Lab Units With Value [beth’U] 'Bethseda Units In R3 XML

Symptoms
Attempting to import one R3 XML with Lab unit value as "[beth’U]" (Bethseda Units) in Argus Safety.
Value exists in the CFG_M2 table and also is configured via Argus Console > Code Lists>> Dosage Units (Lab unit check box ticked).
But while accepting the XML from ICSR pending screen, getting the warning message as below.
TESTUNIT [beth’U] is not configured for the field UNIT, hence will not be imported.
Checking [Utilities] > Logs > View Error Log shows:
