Error: "Alert Unable to connect to: /unifier/ping/session" While Working Or Navigating Within Unifier Environment (Doc ID 2735690.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


While accessing the Unifier Production environment, the following Error message may be displayed during routine and normal Unifier activity. It may be many times a day that the error may be displayed.

"Alert Unable to connect to: /unifier/ping/session"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Begin routine activity / work within the Unifier environment.
  3. The error noted above may popup in the User Interface on occasion or many times a day.
