Billing Care Should List Down the Notifications Sent to Customer (Doc ID 2735736.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 This an enhancement in Billing Care, it  should list down the notifications sent to customer.

Whenever Customer is breaching any threshold limit then Elastic Charging Engine(ECE) is generating notifications. Some third-party system is taking those notifications from Java Message Service (JMS) topic/Kafka queue and send to the customer as Short Message Service (SMS)/EMAIL. These details are not present in Billing and Revenue Management(BRM). While clarifying customer query by the  Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)agent these details are very much needed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Whenever ECE sends third-party notifications then brmGateway should also fetch those notification and call opcodes to create news_feed object. The same can be displayed in Billing Care screen

BUSINESS IMPACT

This will help the CSR agent to answer the customer queries more efficiently.
