SPWA - Planned Order Added/updated In Material Plan Causing Push Plan Failure. (Doc ID 2735825.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, User Interface in production instance

When attempting to add a new planned order through SPWA and subsequently run push plan information request fails,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

[20-OCT-2020 13:48:37]: **Starts**
[20-OCT-2020 13:48:38]: **SQL error and free**
[20-OCT-2020 13:48:38]: ORACLE error 1400 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("APPS"."MRP_RECOMMENDATIONS_TEMP"."DISPOSITION_STATUS_TYPE")
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_M2A_PUSH", line 3281


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Enter the application.
2. Enter a new planned order in SPWA.
3. Run Push Plan Information Request.
4. See the above failure.
