PDQ Does Not Recognize Mother's Name Query Parameter when Using Wildcard %

Symptoms
On Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index version 4.0.2, Master Index Main Component, the following issue is observed:
When search is using a wildcard (%) in mother name, no result is returned.
Therefore, the PDQ does not recognize mother's name query parameter using wildcard %.
The issue can be reproduced by run a search using a mother name for example:
Remark: The feature is working fine in OHMPI 2.0.11 (the feature was delivered in Patchset 22647053).
