After Upgrade - Planning Manager Completes In Error Without Printing Any Error In The Log

Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, Materials Requirements Plan.
The Planning Manager is completing with a status of 'Error', but when looking into the log file, there is no error to be seen:

The value of MRP_FC_EXPLOSION is 1

When compared to an instance where the failure is not occurring, the next line shows that 'forecast import' is running.

The value of the profile option 'MRP_SCHED_MGR_MAX_WORKERS' is 2
