The Request 'Launch Supply Chain Planning Process' - Throws Error When Viewing a Future Scheduled Request: FLEXFIELD SEGMENT ANCHOR DATE DOES NOT EXIST IN THE VALUESET MSC_SRS_ANCHOR_DATE

Symptoms
When selecting "View Details" on a future scheduled concurrent request for 'Launch Supply Chain Planning', see the error: "FLEXFIELD SEGMENT ANCHOR DATE DOES NOT EXIST IN THE VALUESET MSC_SRS_ANCHOR_DATE"
This error is due to the flexfield not having future dates in the value set. If a job runs daily and increments the date parameter for each day, the date value for tomorrow will not be in the flexfield today.
To view the details of the request, the user must wait until the next day when the anchor date is <= system date.
