Error viewing future scheduled request: FLEXFIELD SEGMENT ANCHOR DATE DOES NOT EXIST IN THE VALUESET MSC_SRS_ANCHOR_DATE (Doc ID 2735968.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 29, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning - Version 12.2.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On 12.2.6.3, When selecting "View Details" on a future scheduled concurrent request for 'Launch Supply Chain Planning',
we get the error: "FLEXFIELD SEGMENT ANCHOR DATE DOES NOT EXIST IN THE VALUESET MSC_SRS_ANCHOR_DATE" when the form now validates parameters. This error is due to the flexfield not having future dates in the value set. If a job runs daily and increments the date parameter for each day, the date value for tomorrow will not be in the flexfield today. This causes the error, and we have to wait to reschedule the job the next day when the anchor date is <= system date.
