On : 8.1 version, WORKFLOW_OFSS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a PMF Run pipeline is executed through ICC batch or command line utility, the script or batch triggers the run asynchronously and comes out as successful without waiting for the actual run results and doesn't reflect the actual status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a batch is triggered, sub-processes inside the run pipeline should show up the actual status of the execution rather than showing always as successful

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to execute run pipeline as described in below section
