Alias name for entity is not matching in CS (Doc ID 2736191.1)

User encountered mapping issue even after mapping alias name in both the customer and the watchlist

Steps to reproduce : 

Step 1 : Update the alias and org name in CUST table

Step 2 : Run the batch and check for matches in CS_Matches table for the aliase records.

Actual behavior : 

Matches are not generated even when the alias name is configured in both customer and watchlist 

Expected behavior : 

Matches should be generated for the alias values given in customer in CS
