Users Are Not Able To See Older Timesheets In Team Member

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading to 18.8.17.0 Release, users are unable to see on the approval page, timesheets older than 6 months.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All timesheets should appear on the approval page.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to P6 Web.
2. Navigate to Timesheets-Approvals.
3. Enter custom start/end date to query timesheets.
4. Notice only timesheets from the latest months are displayed
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view all past timesheets.
