Cases Are Opened With (S) F/U Entry In Case Revision Even Though Case Was Unlocked As Other (Doc ID 2736346.1)

Symptoms

After an Archived case is Unlocked with Other option and saved the Revision shows as a Significant Follow-Up with the text "(S) F/U."
However, there is no entry in the General tab for the this Follow-Up

There is no entry in the Audit Log for this Follow-Up

There is no entry for this in the Audit Log

Issue does not occur for new cases created in Argus

Steps to Repeat:
Open the case
Navigate to Activities tab in the case.
Under Case Lock/Close section > Click on "Unlock" option.
Unlock the case with password.
Select the "Other" option.
Case will be unlocked.
Save the case.
Navigate to Case Revisions
Expand Revisions
It shows the text "S(F/U)"
