Error while running watchlist management Job to load private list (Doc ID 2736641.1)

Symptoms

While executing download, prepare, filter job from the watchlist management project in EDQ, the private lists are not updated to the PRIV_Individuals_Prepared data.

Below error is observed in main0.log
