Call Reference Number not Cleared between the Calls (Doc ID 2736691.1)

Symptoms

On all versions of NCC (Network Charging and Control), when a call doesn't contain a Call Reference number from the network ACS (Advanced Control Services), slee_acs writes the previous value to the EDR (Event Detail Record).
