Symptoms
In SIM Handheld(HH), Users are unable to proceed further when user scan a non ranged item.
Error: "Item is not ranged and cannot be added"
Steps To Recreate:
- Login to SIM HH.
- Navigate to Item Basket > Create Item Basket > Enter Alternate ID.
- Select item Basket Type as Item Basket.
- Scan a Ranged Items (Don’t click enter on HH device).
- Scan non ranged item after a ranged item: System throws an error message and when user click on OK the cursor goes back to main screen without saving any data.
