Symptoms

When attempting to copy Workflow an error occurs

Error:

Invalid API Name. Allowed characters are: a-z, A-Z, 0-9, _(underscore)

Steps:

  1. Log into Java Client
  2. Select from the Admin tab > Workflow Setting > Workflow
  3. Open a Workflow 
  4. Use the Save As option to copy the Workflow
