ETL Sync Access stuck @1%

ETL Sync Job expected to run fine

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Goto Navigator > Setup and Administration > Manage Application Datasource
2. Select the Datasource and Click on Action ETL Sync Access
