Multiple Cumulative Items of Same Type Created During a Bill Cycle (Doc ID 2737117.1)

When having multiple items (configured cumulative) present for the realtime events, during a billing cycle, it is expected that all the similar events should be aggregated under a single item.

It was observed that multiple items got created for the same event and service configuration.



 Code changes are made not to cache IPL (Item Poid List) and NIPL(Next Item Poid List) in GET_BALANCES opcode as it's no where required in this opcode.
