Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Reserve capacity was changed to 100% reserve capacity for Non Appointments. This should not return available appointments for that shift. An appointment call was made and it returned available appointments. The activity was received in MWM with the appointment and scheduled to the selected shift.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
This was not the expected response. With this reserve capacity, no appointments should have been returned.
