Standalone ATP Inquiry Fails With Error - "Unable To Find A Calendar Date" When Performing Cross-Instance ATP (Doc ID 2737610.1)

On : 12.2.7 version, ATP Inquiry fails with error 'Unable to find a calendar date' for any Make item where Requested Qty > Available supply.
ATP actually explodes its BOM and checks for the available qty of its components and if the component supplies are available and enough for building the requested qty of the assembly, it calculates the date based on Mfg LT of the Assay

Now if my requested quantity of Assembly is huge and even the component supplies are not enough to build the Requested Qty of the Parent Assembly, then ATP again fails with the error.
So in summary, its only when the component level supplies are exhausted and ATP has to calculate Date based on component's purchasing LTs, ATP is failing with this error.
