Alert summary section is not getting refreshed for new payments in TF (Doc ID 2737839.1)

Symptoms

TF alert summary screen is not getting refreshed when the new payment is posted.

Steps to reproduce : 

Step 1 : Post the swift message

Step 2 : Login as TF Analyst 

Step 3 : Go to alert summary section and do refresh

Actual behavior :

The page is not getting refreshed with the new alerts which is posted.

Expected behavior :

The alert summary screen must be refreshed with new alerts which is posted.
