Swift payments failed for MT202COV message in TF (Doc ID 2737842.1)

User encountered issue while posting swift message for MT202COV

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post the MT202COV message using JSP 

Step 2 : Check the RTI Server.log for the below error.

Expected behavior : 

The MT202COV message payment must be processed without issue and alert must be created.

Actual behavior : 

The MT202COV message is not posted and encountered below error 

Issue encountered :

[ERROR] 2020-11-29 18:10:45.983 [sourceEntityListener-4] ErrorDBLogHandler -
com.ofs.aai.inline.error.BaseRTIException: TFLT102 : Error Code not found : {"GROUP MESSAGE ID":"561777","MESSAGE REFERENCE":"NA","ERROR MESSAGE":"Message tags extraction failed. Please wait for response in HOLD queue","STATUS":"ERROR","EXTERNAL DATA":{}}
