When attempting to Export Items with Attachment Files, the following error occurs,
Able to export Items with out selecting Attachment Files

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgrade to 9.3.6.14
2. Login to Web client
3. Go To Parts > Export
4. Choose custom Filter and check Attachments
5. Export
