Intermediate Screen Appears Upon Login To Convergence After Authentication Page (Doc ID 2738061.1)

Last updated on JUNE 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 3.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After installing Convergence 3.0.2.2 and enabling customizations (client.enablecustomization = true), the custom login page works fine.  But, after the authentication is granted, an intermediate page displays the following:

  "https://host.domain.fr/iwc/svc/iwcp/login.iwc" :

  Aucune information de style ne semble associée à ce fichier XML. L’arbre du document est affiché ci-dessous.

<iwcp error-code="0">
<loginResponse>
<message>Success</message>
<sessionIdKey>JSESSIONID</sessionIdKey>
<sessionIdValue>1e33568225936c91ee6b2a47ba0b</sessionIdValue>
<appToken>token=gvxlWkvD41</appToken>
<userLang>fr</userLang>
<cacheBustId>3.0.2.2.0_20010935</cacheBustId>
<nextURI>/iwc_static/layout/main.html</nextURI>
</loginResponse>
</iwcp>

The above translates to "No style information appears to be associated with this XML file. The document tree is shown below."

After deleting the file "/svc/iwcp/login.iwc", the login can proceed to the Convergence interface and users can then have access to their mail.

What is causing this intermediate page to be displayed?

Changes

For customization purposes, the c11n folder was copied from a Convergence server running version 3.0.1.4.0 and was copied to this new server which is running Convergence 3.0.2.2.0.
