Audit Log Field 'Relevant History Condition to Be Coded' Updated with PT_CODE Value after Accept FU (Doc ID 2738472.1)

Symptoms

Noticed that Default R2 profiled based E2B import has issue in Followup report acceptance.
After accepting Followup report field - "Relevant History Condition To Be Coded" is updated with the PT_CODE replacing PT_NAME which was there after the initial report was accepted.

Hypertension was updated to: 10020772.

No custom code (post save ) to update given field.

Steps to Repeat: 
Drop XML in IN Folder
Accepted Case
Dropped Followup XML in IN Folder
Accept Followup
Audit Log shows the field 'Relevant History Condition To Be Coded' was
changed from:
Hypertension
To:
10020772
