OC3C support for Kafka (Doc ID 2738476.1)

Goal

The Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) version 12.0.3 module called Notification Gateway (NGW) receives notifications from Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) or Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) and transforms those notifications into messages that Convergent Charging Controller can pass to customers. 

Up to version 12.0.3 NGW is only supporting Java Message Service (JMS) as messaging framework. Kafka messages are now also supported with patch 32179653 for OC3C.

Apache Kafka is an open-source distributed event streaming platform used for high-performance data pipelines, streaming analytics, data integration, and mission-critical applications.
