Salesprocess.ksh Batch Fails With an Error When Executing CHECK_FTAIL Function (Doc ID 2738651.1)

Symptoms

When running salesprocess.ksh with records to process, the batch encounters below error when it tries to execute the CHECK_FTAIL function

ERROR

ORA-06650, ORA-00201


EXEC_SQL : O_KEY) = FALSE THEN

Identifier 'O_KEY' must be declared.


Steps To Recreate:

  1. Ensure that there are transactions to be exported out of ReSA and run saexprms.
  2. Add the thread number suffix to the generated POSU files.
  3. Run uploadsales_all.ksh.
  4. Run salesprocess.ksh.
  5. Check logs generated.
  6. Check error logs. Notice that it fails with an error.
