CS real time screening is not working even after security mapping is configured for the user.

Steps to reproduce : 

Step 1 : Login as CSRT user 

Step 2 : Go to real time screening 

Step 3 : Give the mandatory values and check for results.

Expected result : 

Cases must be created and results must be displayed if matches are present in EDQ 

Actual result : 

User encountered below error while scanning
