Goal
Requesting to have a CC&B 2.6 SP1 port of <Patch 27124500> (HOW TO CHANGE PA_SA WITH MAX SIZE 10 TO 50?). We have created a new business process to handle disconnection moratorium due to summer and COVID. A batch process automatically creates Payment Arrangements for residential and Small General Service (SGS) Accounts. SGS Accounts can have more than 10 candidate SAs.
