When Performing the Bulk Creation of Several BP Records Via REST Services, the "Creation Date" Data Element On the Upper Form Is Not Poplulated With the Expected Date (Field Remains Blank) (Doc ID 2738911.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When creating many Business Process records at once (Bulk Creation of records) via Bulk Services objects using Unifier REST services (in this case specific Project Integration Framework (PIF) was being used to send the REST calls) Unifier does not populate the 'Creation Date' field on the upper form when the BP records are created, hence users cannot determine what date and time the records were actually created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that when creating a Business Process record via REST web Services, the "Creation Date" DE in the upper form should be populated with the actual Creation Date of the BP record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Utilize Project Integration Framework (PIF) to bulk create Business Process records.
  2. View the records created in Step 1 above.
  3. Note that in the Upper Form, the DE "Creation Date" is blank, there is no creation date populated as expected.
