Vertex CTQ 2.00.05 for BRM 12 PS3 Is Not Supported (Doc ID 2738934.1)

Goal

One user is doing the Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) upgrade from 7.5 PS21 to 12 PS3 and noticed that, for dm_vertex as part of BRM 12 PS3, there is no supporting library dm_vertex_ctq20005.so.
The user has tried to place this from 7.5 into 12PS3, and tried to start the dm_vertex, and its giving errors:

    Unable to set CTQ configuration home directory location.

Why this lib is not part of BRM 12PS3?
Please confirm is the BRM 12PS3 is supported with CTQ 2.00.05.
