When running D1-IMD batch job and performing VEE on an IMD, an exception occurs on the VEE rule Interval Adjustment From Scalar :NullPointerException.

Interval Adjustment From Scalar VEE Rule is giving out a java.lang.NullPointerException: null at com.splwg.d1.domain.admin.veeRule.applyVeeRule.IntervalAdjustmentFromScalarAlgComp_Impl.invoke(IntervalAdjustmentFromScalarAlgComp_Impl.java:270) during D1-IMD batch run making the IMD stays in Pending status due to roll back.
