ECM UI 807 - Getting Case Lock Error (Doc ID 2739128.1)

Symptoms

In ECM 807, Case locked message being displayed on UI while other users were trying to access the case even if the user who used the case id logged out.

Simulation Steps :-

1) A user logged in to ECM.
2) Go inside the case id
3) Logged out from that page itself (inside the case id) without performing any other actions
4) Log in with another user.
5) Try to go inside the same case id
6) Getting "Case is locked by some other user" message .
