Symptoms
On : 2.8.0.0.0 version
When trying to upload a Payment .csv file from C1-PYUP1 batch, file is not being uploaded.
The .csv file is getting uploaded from Payment Upload Portal but same file is not being processed from C1-PYUP1 batch and batch is going into error.
