Service Transfer Failing Due To Missing Service Profile (Doc ID 2739525.1)

Symptoms


Service Transfer is failing with Null pointer exception when there is a missing rec_id in the service profile.

Scenario 1: servicetransfer is failing with null pointer exception if recid is changed in service profile
1. Created a charge offer with telephony service
2. Created a from account with the above charge offer
3. Created another charge offer with telcogprs and english as preference
4. Created a to account with gprs service
5. Modified the recid in profile_subscriber_prefs_t as below
recid: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 to 0 1 2 4 5 6 7
6. did a service transfer from acc to toacc and the service failed with null pointer exception

Scenario 2: servicetransfer is failing with null pointer exception if recid is null in service profile
1. Created a charge offer with telephony service
2. Created a from account with the above charge offer
3. Created another co with telcogprs and english as preference
4. Created a to account with gprs service
5. Modified recid  in profile_subscriber_prefs_t as below:
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 to 0 1 2 null 5 6 7
6. Service failed with null pointer exception
