Symptoms
On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Web Switching
NMS Switching Sheet state transition not always being recorded in the Audit Log.
Example :
Sheet 1020 was set to Checked so that the next state could be Issued. However, the Audit Log is not showing the 'Checked' state and time when this was done.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Should have had a Checked time in the audit log file.
