Goal

This issue is related to the official time zone change of Yukon from (UTC/GMT-8) to (UTC/GMT-7). Users in Yukon, Canada are getting a time stamp of PST in their emails that are submitted using Convergence client.

Is there any patch which addresses the Yukon Time change?
