Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) request XML file generates the tag <BtchBookg> in the PmtInf level.
Note: European Payments Council (EPC) schema version (Rulebook v7), the tag <BtchBookg> in the PmtInf level is optional, but Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) sends the tag filled as False. It is not accepted this tag by the customer.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The tag to be removed from the XML.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load Creditor Information
2. Edit pin_sepa utility's Infranet.properties to include required information.
3. Run pin_sepa to generate XMLs.
