Unifier: Review Pane Not Working After Upgrade To 19.12.4 (Doc ID 2739719.1)

When selecting "Review" from the gear icon next to an attachment in a Business Process (BP) record, the message below occurs. Viewing attachments by download it, or through Autovue works as expected.


Files cannot be viewed because of a missing system configuration setting. Contact System Administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a record in Unifier that has at least one attachment
  2. Click on the Gear icon next to the attachment you want to Review or Open.
  3. Select Review (first option)
  4. Receive the error
