Unifier: Review Pane Not Working After Upgrade To 19.12.4

Symptoms
On : 19.12.4.0 version
When selecting "Review" from the gear icon next to an attachment in a Business Process (BP) record, the message below occurs. Viewing attachments by download it, or through Autovue works as expected.
ERROR
-----------------------
Files cannot be viewed because of a missing system configuration setting. Contact System Administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Open a record in Unifier that has at least one attachment
- Click on the Gear icon next to the attachment you want to Review or Open.
- Select Review (first option)
- Receive the error
