Symptoms
On PFT 8.0.6.6.0 after database client 19C upgrade, none of the PFT allocation rules are running. The following error is found the $FIC_DB_HOME/bin/nohup.out
ERROR
./ofspa: error while loading shared libraries: libclntshcore.so.12.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Other batches are executing without issue including Table to Table (T2T) and Instrument Table Validation batches
Changes
Upgraded database and database client on OFSAA server to 19.3 / 19c version.
