PSR Generation Records ORA-01422 Error In CMN_ERROR_LOG (Doc ID 2739986.1)

Symptoms

In cmn_error_log following error is getting logged during PSR generation.

PKG_PSR.F_GET_PMDA_NUMBERS :- ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

This occurs when 2 PMDA reports for same agency were submitted in the same PSR timeframe, one was R2 and the other was R3.
Report doesn't fail due to this error.
In report single event line is printed with blank PMDA number on Form-4.
This is a confirmed issue and There is no workaround as this is a package change.

Steps to Repeat:
----------------

  1. Submit PMDA E2B report by R2 ESM Profile.
  2. Change ESM Profile to E2B R3 for the same agency Reporting Destination code list.
  3. Submit followup PMDA E2B report by R3.
  4. Configure PSR with timeframe including both the 2 PMDA report submissions.
  5. Print PSR.
