Unable to print the case details from case management in EDQ (Doc ID 2740113.1)

User need to print the case details in a PDF form from EDQ Case Management for Real time Customer Screening.

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Open EDQ launchpad

Step 2 : Click on Case management icon

Step 3 : Open Case management executable file.

Step 4 : Go to case details tab 

Step 5 : Check for print option

Expected behavior :

There should be an option for user to print the case details.

Actual behavior :

User unable to print option since its not available.
