ALM 8072 - Functional Currency Not Working In Conditional Assumption Prepayment

Symptoms
ALM 8072 - Functional currency not working in conditional assumption prepayment. It always pick the first condition rate when setup done in functional currency.
Taking below example Testcase:
1. Create (XXX1) Prepayment first.
cash_flow_date, cash_flow_sequence,financial_elem_id, float_value
11-JUL-19 1 100 990000
01-APR-20 2 180 420.16512 362510 HKD >> Loan product
RESULT: Prepayment is correct.
2. Create a new Prepayment: XXX2 same as XXX1 (not copy).
Then add the default currency definition and save it. Then edit the prepayment and add the HKD(or any other currency) definition on top and save it
Update the Process with new Prepayment and run it.
OUTPUT:
cash_flow_date, cash_flow_sequence,financial_elem_id, float_value
11-JUL-19 1 100 990000
01-APR-20 2 180 1726.56 16992 HKD >> for XXX2, rate it should be 9603.99
01-APR-20 2 180 420.16512 362510 HKD
RESULT: Prepayment is incorrect for HKD definition
