 Submitjob error during D1-IMD

D1-IMDBatch ended abnormally at 3:20pm, Oct.12, 2020.
AT 3:34 Restarted, and then ended abnormally.
5:49 When tried “Do Not Attempt Restart”, then ended normally

The attached below is what we have confirmed so far on our end.

[a].According to BatchRunTree(CM_BATCH_TIMES),THD27 doesn’t exist.
Except that, other THDs ended without errors

[b].According to batch#11’s threadpoolwoker.log,
(1). GenericJDBCException occurred at 03:20:39 (probably at THD27)
  -----------------------------------------------------------------[No log translation required below]
03:20:39,861 [TPW_BATCH01Worker:6] ERROR (support.context.FrameworkSession) Error initializing framework session org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException:Connection is closed: Connection is closed
(2).From 3:20:49 and later, other THDs ended as ”Canceled by user connected”.
03:20:49,589 [TPW_BATCH01Worker:7] ERROR (api.batch.AbstractExecutionStrategy) An exception was caught executing work for batch instance BatchThreadInstance_Id(batchThreadId: [batchRunId: [batchControlId: [D1-IMD], batchNumber: 87252, batchRerunNumber: 0], batchThreadNumber: 77], batchInstance: 31396398). The following key (-xxxx) matches the value provided on the message log table.
com.splwg.base.api.batch.ThreadAbortedException: (Server Message)

[b](2).“Canceled by user connected” has been confirmed.
As the result of the above, at 3:20 D1-IMD start-up, THD27 of batch#11 generated a Generic JDBCException, and could not create a thread, so the entire D1-IMD process was canceled and it seems that it ended abnormally,
