Goal

While trying to log in to Customer Center with a Customer Service Representative (CSR) user (created via Permissioning Center with read/write privileges), the CSR is unable to login and Customer Center throws an error in the popup window with text below:

        "Error creating: com.portal.app.cc.PCustomerCenterInternals"

How to overcome this error?
